Punctuality shows your integrity and how much you value yourself and how much responsible you are.

Punctuality is something which has helped many people becoming successful in their lives. There are number of examples of successful people who possessed punctuality and became successful in their lives. 
If we are not punctual in our lives it often leads to stress and tension hence being punctual helps you become more efficient in your work.
When we are not punctual it often becomes our habit and we do not focus on the fact that nobody is to be blamed but ourselves that we made ourselves non-punctual and we blame others and hence it leads us to become liars. 


Organizing our life
There are things we do in our life and do not take notice of                                                   
time they consume like checking our phone when we are in                                                  
bed and waste our time. If we leave for work and it takes us                                                    
20 minutes once in a while but actually it takes 30 minutes                                   
and we make it our habit and we start showing up at our                                                           
work place more often. We should take notice of time it                                  
consumes us at every thing and organised things accordingly. 


                

Punctuality is the key
We think that the most difficult thing is to wake up and start your daily life or going to your workplace, school or anywhere you are supposed to go but the most difficult thing is to arrive on time. We often waste our time in things we don’t take notice of and it is our laziness which makes us not being punctual while blaming on different factors. We think that it is not intentional but it is. By doing all this we are not fulfilling the first step to success. Punctuality is the key if you want to have a good state of mind and for being successful.

Punctuality is always relevant
If you are punctual it increases your respect and helps in improving your image. Your employer thinks you are dependable, it helps in your reputation and if you are punctual it kin of becomes your brand and your fellows will always respect your word and your personality.

Eat healthy stay healthy

Hi remember me,
In my lost blog I was talking about adventures of life, Life is like an adventure and if you are healthy enough you will enjoy your life to fullest. With a good health you will just enjoy every second of your life.
In common mindset track that I see people fall into when it comes to maintaining healthy diet is all or nothing thinking.
Many people are health conscious but they don’t know or either they cannot follow a healthy diet plan.




They start eating unhealthy by thinking that I am going to have just one bite but they end up eating all of it. This is also called black and white thinking. 
We have to be either perfect or else it is a failure there is no in-between. We are humans and sometimes we indulge in unhealthy food and eat some of it
including me, and its okay until we let it become our habit by eating once then twice and then daily. It completely derails us from our healthy eating
plans. So my tip for helping you to stay on your healthy diet plan is to completely shrug off the word ‘dieting’ from your mind. Keep in your mind that 
you are eating healthy and what makes you look and feel healthy. We need all nutritions in our life. Just make it your habit and follow a specific diet plan 
it will make you look fresh and yes you will stay away from a lot of problems related to your health. 




Being healthy and being obese are two different thing!
As I posted in my previous blog about how much important fitness is, to live a happy & healthy life. Being skinny is not worse thing then being obese. So I thought of posting about obese. Some people have health issue that cause increase in weight some people don’t care of their self some people want to maintain themselves but they couldn’t just because of laziness after all these issue obese people start facing health issues in early stage of their life  which include bad stamina ,low energy etc. so then the question arises how to maintain them self-first of all we means our society don’t accept obese people due to which obsess people start dieting due to complexity they start ruining them self just be doing extreme level of dieting they leave each and every thing which are essential for their health for their survival including sugar which is so much important for us it helps in gaining energy then the oil and etc. everything which is halal for us has to be eaten by us because it has benefits.



When obese reached their goal of their perfect body after all that starving then their body don’t accept their healthy life then they start facing health issues so the best way to maintain obese just do some exercise if not then develop interest in any physical games and some eating junk food from outside it is ruining us so eat healthy and clean just don’t eat excess and that’s true that excess of anything destroys you being healthy and being obese are two different things.
