The wait is over and the best player sits on top of the world. He started the decade with a bang and ended it with a bang.  Messi has won his sixth Ballon d'Or. WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT !

  

He played extraordinarily well last season. He scored goals and made assists. The little magician has mastered the free kicks. His dribbling ability is the best. No one comes close.
Although some people think Virgil deserved the award. But it doesn't matter what people think. Virgil himself said "Messi deserves the award every year as long as he is playing".
Messi has won six golden balls and he is on his way to win the seventh.
He is the best player in the history of football. Debate over !

FOOTBALL BOOM IN PAKISTAN

Football is the most played game in the world. It was not very famous in Pakistan. But as the club football started getting the hype, football started to click the minds of Pakistanis. Globalization played a major role in inducing the football passion in the hearts of people around the world.

I myself was so much into cricket. I never thought that football will inspire me as much as it does now. It is not a game. It is passion ! Nowadays we see many tournaments going on in Pakistan at the national level, regional level, district level and even at the street level. And believe me, the level of seriousness and commitment is too high during these tournaments even at a street level. Pakistanis are getting more and more interested in football. 

Carles Puyol, Kaka, Figo and Anelka were here to promote football. That is a step ahead for us. Such big names coming to our country to promote football is a great sign. Ronaldinho was here as well for the start of "Leisure League"
Although we do not rank good according to the FIFA rankings but we have passion and we have talent. We just need to bring them together and provide our youth with the platform they need. Watching Pakistan play the FIFA World Cup is no less than a dream. Lets hope we do it one day !
