In order to have strong and healthy immune system, there should be fast and full assimilation of nutrients. Eating healthy food is not about strict limitation staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love, healthy eating doesn't have to be overly complicated. If you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition and diet out there, then you are not alone.

As we all know that we need a balanced quantity of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibers, and minerals in our daily diet you don't need to exclude certain categories of food from your diet but rather select the healthiest options from each category.

Hairs and nails are mostly made of proteins your body uses proteins to make enzymes, hormones and other body chemicals proteins are an important building blocks of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin and blood.


Fats
Dietary fats are essential to give our body, energy and to support cells growth. They also help to protect our organs and keep our body warm. Fats help our body to absorb some nutrients and produce important hormones too.


Power house the "Carbohydrates"
Carbohydrates are our body’s main source of energy. They helps in fueling our body, brain, kidney, heart. For instance fiber is a carbohydrate that aids in digestion and helps us feel full and keep blood cholesterol levels in check.


Basics of proper nutrition
Good nutrition means your body gets all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals its need to work its best. So plan your meals and snacks to include nutrient dense foods that are also low in calories. All of these things serve one purpose or another when consumed by us. Carbohydrates for example are broken down in the body to provide energy for the body to perform reactions and to regain stamina. Proteins help muscles to recover, stronger than before as well as helps skin and hair cells to develop. However these all play vital role in the human body and without proper intake of these certain process within body can't take place.
