Selecting the ideal clothing is a lot easier than staying fit. You can find ideal clothes in market but in order to stay fit you will need to work on yourself.
Stop eating unhealthy.
Start morning walks.
Workout of 15-20 minutes at least on daily basis.
Yes you will not need to run 1000 miles for staying but by making these your habits. Its our nature that we start eating unhealthy saying that I will take just one bite and then we eat all of it. It becomes habit and this is the most common issue.
You need to be around people who will motivate you for this. You can do workout 5 days a week whatever it is. It can be
